See You On The Other Side

I put together a schedule. That will work with some minor modifications.

I’ve got a new business. With a great partner whose light balances my darkness.

Ive been thinking about these thoughts for years.  After the wind-down of Simplifilm I needed to heal up, get better, dig some roots and build a foundation.  I did a lot of that work and I’m back in the fight.

But the next 90 days are ‘make-or-break.’ We are sales and marketing experts and we need to “prove it.”  We’re in a “prove it” world.

The next 90 days::

  1. Establish & execute sustainable diet habits.
  2. Establish & execute sustainable fitness habits.
  3. Write every single day. (I want to finish a book in 90 days).
  4. Prospect & earn.
  5. Build an audience and have a content habit again.
  6. End video games.
  7. Build community here in the Tri Cities.

I’ve got plans for all of this.  The gist: never is easier than sometimes. There are things I don’t ever need to do again, foods I don’t ever need to eat, I don’t moderate things well, so none is simple.  Sometimes is confusing.

In any case, it’s time to go through this.

90 days of white hot intensity right to end the year.

Tomorrow I’ll list all the workouts I’m doing (down to the pound) and I’ll make this work perfectly.
First 30 days: build the habits.
Next 30 days: push to be effective.
Final 30 days: reap the rewards.
